Processing of Personal Data

Invanta s.r.o., with its registered office at Zvěřinova 1277/11a, 61800 Brno, Company ID No.: 094 47 971, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File No. 119085 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), hereby provides information, in accordance with Article 13 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), regarding the processing of personal data carried out in connection with its activities.

Purpose and Scope of Processing

We process personal data primarily for the purpose of providing our services, communicating with clients and business partners, responding to enquiries, and sending commercial communications where we have your consent or where processing is based on our legitimate interest within an existing business relationship.
